I do not like fondant. Can you make a cake with buttercream?
We will create your dream” cake” with whatever frosting you prefer. Sometimes fondant gives you more possibilities to create unique cakes. We work with the best quality of Swiss fondant, which can be rolled so thin you won’t even notice it.

Do you use organic ingredients?
We do not use organic ingredients, however we use high quality ingredients, and we never use pre-made mixes for our cakes or frostings.

I have an allergy, can you make an allergen free cake?
Our daughter has a nut and eggs allergies, so we take food allergies very seriously. We make sure that our kitchen is clean and meets all the sanitation norms, however, our kitchen is not nut, gluten, or dairy-free. While it is always a very low risk of cross-contamination, and we have made many allergen-free cakes, please know that we do use these products in our kitchen. How far in advance do I need to place an order?
For special occasions and small parties please contact us 2-3 weeks before the event. We require a minimum of one month’s notice for wedding cakes. We will try to “squeeze” in a last minute order if our schedule allows.

Do you prefer check or credit card payment?
We prefer personal checks, but we accept all major credit cards. We use Square, which charges transaction fees that we do not charge back to our customers. However, any transaction fees on credit cards that we have paid will be taken out of any refund given.

Do you deliver?
Absolutely. A delivery fee may be charged depending on the destination and the total amount of order. Check with us for delivery terms.

Do you offer tastings?
Yes, we encourage people to do a tasting for wedding cakes. Tastings are at our house in Leesburg and are free for up to 4 people. We can do tastings in the evenings during the week or on weekends. Fill out a contact form or call us at (443)742-3369 to schedule a tasting.

Can I do a tasting if I order a small cake?
Cake tastings are free for cakes that serve 50 people or more. Unfortunately, we cannot do tastings for smaller orders.

Do I need to pay taxes when I purchase cake from you?
All our prices already include taxes.
